USE OF OUR WEBSITE

When using this website and placing orders through it, you agree to:

● Use the site to make legitimate inquiries and legally valid orders only.
● Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably suspect such activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the appropriate authorities.
● Provide us with accurate, up-to-date contact details such as your email address, phone number, and shipping address.
● Accept that if you do not provide the necessary information, we may not be able to process your order.

CONTRACT

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email or SMS. A separate Shipping Confirmation will be sent once your order is dispatched. The contract between us is finalized only when the Shipping Confirmation is sent.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to the availability of products. In the event of any supply issues or stock unavailability, we may suggest substitute products. If you do not wish to order the suggested substitutes, we will issue a full refund for the unavailable items.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

While we do our best to process all valid orders, we reserve the right to:

● Cancel or refuse to process an order at any time for unforeseen reasons.
● Remove or update products or content from the website without prior notice.
● We are not liable to you or any third party for removing or editing content or not processing an order after the Order Confirmation has been sent.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your order within the timeframe mentioned in the Shipping  Confirmation.
However, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical challenges.

Delivery will be considered complete when you or a third party acquires possession of the
goods, confirmed by a signed receipt at the delivery location.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

● Prices shown on the website are exclusive of delivery charges.
● While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If we discover an error in your order’s price, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
● If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled and the full amount refunded.
● We are not obligated to sell products at incorrectly listed prices if the error is evident and could have reasonably been recognized by you.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

● Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, excluding items purchased during a sale.
● Products must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.
● Returns that appear to be used, washed, or damaged (unless due to a manufacturing fault) will not be accepted.
● Reverse pickups will be arranged once confirmed by our Customer Support Team.
● In case of defective products, email us at fabrickafe@gmail.com with images within 24 hours of delivery.
● Reverse pickup incurs a ₹100 charge to be paid by the customer.( Is it possible to add this option in payment gateway)
● Sale items or clearance stock are non-returnable and non-refundable.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

● Returns accepted only within 7 days from delivery (excluding sale orders).
● Refunds will be processed after inspection and credited to a Fabrickafe Gift Card.
● Delivery charges are non refundable.
● In case of wrong or damaged product delivery, report it within 24 hours at
fabrickafe@gmail.com
● An order can be returned a maximum of two times consecutively.

FABRICKAFE GIFT CARD – TERMS & CONDITIONS

● Fabrickafe Gift Cards are redeemable only on www.fabrickafe.com.
● They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not valid at offline stores (if
applicable).
● Gift Card balance cannot be transferred back to your bank account.

RETURN PERIOD & GUARANTEE POLICY

● Guarantee covers: stitching faults, fading, misprint, excessive shrinking, or fraying.
● It does not cover misuse, improper washing, general wear and tear, or chemical
damage.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT PROCESS

● Contact our support team for inspection and validation.
● If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a return pickup and refund via
Gift Card.
● Fabrickafe covers return shipping for approved defective returns.

FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES

We take fraud seriously and reserve the right to deny returns or process refunds where misuse
is suspected. Returned items are thoroughly inspected for authenticity and condition.

INVOICE AND TAXES

● An invoice will be included in your delivery package.
● All purchases made on www.fabrickafe.com are inclusive of applicable taxes under
prevailing Indian laws.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Disputes will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Fabrickafe may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes
will be updated here and effective immediately upon posting.
